The #FuelanAggie food truck will be out all summer with a different menu every week. Menus are created by 6 of USU Dining Services top Chef's.
The truck is parked by the TSC fountain and is open
Monday - Friday 11AM - 2 PM or while supplies last.

Chef of the Week: Anthony Linton
Originally from Highland, Utah, Anthony has worked for USU Dining Services in many different positions. He began a career in the construction industry for several years and decided it was not for him. He was given the opportunity to work in The Marketplace just over 12 years ago and has since worked his way into his current position as the Sous Chef of The Marketplace.
If you haven't met Anthony you haven't met one of the funnest people at USU. Anthony has developed high respect for the world of food and enjoys learning from any other chef that is willing to share their knowledge. After training side by side with Chef Jeff Wolley and Chef Don Donaldson Anthony discovered his true love of food and decided to build his career as a chef. His favorite food to create is anything deemed as a "comfort food".
Anthony feels there is no better reward than seeing people truly enjoy food and hearing their feedback.
